Individuals in need of auxiliary aids for effective communication in programs and services of the Town of Wallingford are invited to make their needs and preferences known to the ADA Compliance Coordinator at 203-294-2070 five days prior to meeting date.

Compost Center Open 3 days/week for March 

Free disposal for Wallingford RESIDENTS using personal vehicles -- Leaves (no plastic bags) and Brush (less than 6 inches in diameter, less than 4 feet in length)

Fishing Season Opened Early 


BRUSH ONLY Pick Up starts April 6 - Public Works Department 

TIED, small bundles of branches or brush (less than 4 feet in length and 6 inches in diameter) must be out at the curbside by Sunday, April 5. Untied branches/brush will NOT be picked up.

Resident Disposal Center Currently Not Accepting Used Motor Oil 

Due to tank contamination, used motor oil is not being accepted at the Resident Disposal Center. Contact the vendor where the oil was originally purchased for disposal instructions.
